Ann Akers has been promoted to Vice President, Regulatory Compliance Officer. Ann joined Mechanics in 2023 with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from Ashland University.
We are pleased to announce the following Assistant Vice President promotion:
Stacey Massie-Creel has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Ontario and Free Road Office Manager. Stacey joined Mechanics in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative and later served as Assistant Branch Manager at the Ontario Office.
We are pleased to announce the following Assistant Secretary-Treasurer promotions:
Gavin Anable joined Mechanics in November 2021 as a Customer Service Specialist (CSS). He was later promoted to a Commercial Loan Service Representative (CLSR). Following his time as a CLSR, Gavin was accepted into the Mechanics’ Management Trainee Program (MTP). After completing the MTP, he was promoted to his current position as Assistant Branch Manager at the Ontario Office.
Dan Barwick joined Mechanics in 2023 as an Accountant II. He came to the Bank with many years of experience, most recently serving as the Controller of a local company.
Abby Kaufman joined Mechanics in August 2020 as a Customer Service Specialist (CSS). Prior to her position with Mechanics, she worked in financial services for five years. Abby is a Senior Customer Service Specialist (Sr. CSS) at the Lexington Office.
Autumn Magers joined Mechanics in January 2021 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). She was later promoted to Customer Service Specialist (CSS) and currently serves as Answer Center Specialist at the Main Office.
Alyssa McKinney joined Mechanics in February 2023 as a Loan Service Representative. She came to the Bank with three years of experience as an Escrow Officer at local title agencies.
