Kathy Pflum
We’re pleased to welcome Kathy to our Main Office as a Loan Service Representative. Kathy and her husband Ken have three daughters, two grandchildren, and a new grandson! Outside of work, she enjoys supporting the Cleveland Guardians and cheering on the Ashland University Women’s Basketball team.
Makenna Mosley
Please join us in welcoming Makenna to our Lexington Office as a Customer Service Specialist. Makenna loves spending quality time with her daughter, Ariah, especially on trips to the Richland Carrousel Park. In her downtime, she enjoys doing her nails and exploring new places on road trips.
Devin Coll
We’re thrilled to introduce Devin, who has joined our Main Office as a Loan Service Representative. Devin and her boyfriend (also named Devin!) welcomed their first child earlier this year. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, fishing, and curling up with a good book.
Ashley James
A warm welcome to Ashley, our newest Customer Service Specialist at our South Side Office. When she’s not helping our customers, Ashley enjoys a variety of creative hobbies, including painting, drawing, knitting, and pottery.
